CarRecall is built and maintained by Alpha Pariah Studios, an independent software studio based in Wrexham, Wales. We build free, practical tools for UK drivers — no venture capital, no investors, no agenda. Just useful tools that do one thing well.

Data and transparency

All recall data shown on CarRecall comes directly from the official DVSA vehicle recalls API — the same data used by the government's own recall checker. We do not modify, filter, or editorially select which recalls to show. If DVSA has it, you see it.

We take your privacy seriously. We collect only your email address and vehicle registration, used solely to run your recall alerts. We do not sell data, run adverts, or share your information with third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
